Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Your email and phone number
    1. Both your email and mobile telephone number are important to us because we use them to communicate with you in the case of urgency and regarding the use of club facilities, especially when there is no member of staff on site.
    2. You agree to
      • provide a valid email address.
      • provide a valid telephone number.
    3. You authorise North Costa Blanca Padel Club (NCBPC) to communicate with you, when it is necessary, using WhatsApp™, email and telephone.
    4. You accept that, in the event where you have provided invalid contact details and NCBPC needs to communicate with you regarding the use of club facilities, then NCBPC will not be held responsible if you are not able to gain access to the facilities.

  2. Payment
    1. You accept that you will pay the appropriate fee for the service you are wishing to purchase.
    2. Payments are managed through the Paycomet WooCommerce API. This banking facility gives you 7 minutes to access your online banking app on your mobile device/computer and authorise the payment.
    3. For court hire, when you start the payment process, NCBPC reserves the court you are booking for 10 minutes which, as stated above, is sufficient time for you to authorise payment. If, after 10 minutes, the fee has not been paid, the court is released and is immediately available for someone else to book.

  3. Cancellation/Refund
    1. Cancellation and curtailment are permitted by giving notice to the management. However, fees are non-refundable.

  4. Care of the facility
    1. You agree to respect and look after the courts and the club facilities.
    2. You agree to report any problems to Gary using one of the following :
